I'm taking this opportunity to announce that all course-related activities are taking place on the course website (some pages of which are closed to people who have not registered) and the course Ning community, to which you must have an invitation (and accept it) in order to participate.

If you are already registered, please be sure you have a book ordered and a profile on the community site.
